Hello, my name is Austin. Welcome to my personal site.
I’m a Senior Engineer (L6) at Amazon Web Services, where I design and build AI agents that support AWS customers and engineers. My work spans Rust and Python agent platforms, multi-agent systems, LLM cost optimization, agent security guardrails, and automation pipelines with integration tests and canaries.
Before that, I spent several years in AWS Support working on Windows, Active Directory, and end-user computing (Amazon WorkSpaces, FSx for NetApp ONTAP, SSO/SAML), where I earned AWS SME accreditations and wrote an official AWS Security blog post and an AWS technical article.
I hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Generative AI Developer Professional, and Claude Certified Architect Professional certifications, among others.
